Championing Family Choice
through Integrity, Community and Accessibility
"The class was very engaging and easy to follow. My husband and I learned a lot."
Testimonials
"This course helped my husband and I so much. I liked the smaller size of the group, and our due dates were close. It helped us because we felt like we could ask lots of questions and get great advice."
"The non-formal feeling of the class, being able to ask questions without feeling like I wasn't important, really mattered. Just the overall information provided was great."
Our Services
Childbirth Education
Our educators provide a safe, approachable, comfortable space for learning and discussion. Classes are designed to provide a wide variety of tools and resources. We provide non-biased information based on evidence-based research to help you find the right plan and path for your journey, while empowering you to advocate for true birth autonomy.
Doula Support
Doula support before, during and after labor is invaluable for expecting parents. Beyond the physical comfort techniques and emotional reassurance, doulas provide on-going support through the birthing process. We support you advocating for your preferences, help you navigate medical information and provide a calm presence during your birthing experience.
Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta encapsulation is gaining popularity among new mothers. It is the process of dehydrating, grinding and placing the placenta into consumable capsules. Anecdotal evidence shows it can help replenish nutrients lost during childbirth, balance hormones, and promote lactation. While scientific evidence is limited and ongoing, many women report faster postpartum recovery.
